Amount Off Product offers let you run focused promotions—like $5 or 20% off individual products—without impacting your entire order value. This offer type is ideal for highlighting seasonal items, collections, or bestsellers with targeted discounts that automatically apply when added to the cart.

Once the Amount Off Product offer is active, eligible products will automatically show the discounted price in the cart—based on the rules you define. No codes or extra clicks required.
Use this offer to create targeted incentives (e.g. 20% off one item or $10 off a collection), without impacting pricing for the full cart. This creates a seamless, conversion-friendly shopping experience.
Setting up your Amount Off Product offer
Go to the Offers tab in the left-hand navigation
Click + Add Offer
Choose Amount Off Product from the list of offer types
Fill out the offer fields as follows:
Offer details
Internal Offer Name – For internal use only
Display Text – What the customer sees when the offer is active
Existing Discount Code (Optional) – Only use if a Shopify discount is already configured
Purchase Type – Choose between one-time purchase or subscription
Optional: Enable Display-Only Offer if you're just surfacing a Shopify-configured automatic discount
Offer value
Discount Type – Choose Percentage or Fixed Amount
Amount – Enter the value of the discount (e.g. 20% or $5)
Applies to Products – Select individual products or collections
Enable Only apply discount once per order if you want to limit the offer to a single product per cart (optional)
Minimum purchase (optional)
Choose from the following conditions:
No minimum requirements
Minimum purchase amount
Minimum quantity of items
Banner message
Add a cart message like:
"This item is $5 off!"
Click Save to finish setting up the offer
Applying the offer to a funnel
Once your offer is created, follow these steps to enable it in a specific funnel:
Go to the Funnels tab and select the funnel
Open the funnel editor and click on the Settings tab
Scroll to the Offers section and click Manage Offers
Locate your Amount Off Product offer and toggle it on
Click Save to confirm
The offer will now trigger for any qualifying products added to that funnel.
