FERMÁT Offers

Updated this week

This guide will walk you through how to use the Offers section in FERMÀT — including how to manage existing offers, create new ones, and understand which type of offer is best suited for your goals.

What is an Offer in FERMÁT?

FERMÁT lets you add promotional Offers directly to your landing pages—no code or devs needed. Use them throughout your funnel to highlight:

  • Discounts

  • Product bundles

  • Free gifts

  • Time-sensitive promos

Offers help boost conversion rate (CVR) and increase average order value (AOV) by presenting the right value at the right time – personalized by channel, audience, or behavior.

Managing Offers in FERMÁT:

All Offers are created and managed in the Offers section of the platform. From this view, you can see every Offer you’ve created, along with key details like the display text, discount code, type, and which Shops it’s linked to.

When you’re editing a Funnel, you’ll find the Offers tab in the right-hand panel. This is where you can apply existing Offers to a Shop or build a new one on the fly.

Any Offer linked to your Shop will appear here, along with its schedule status—whether it’s evergreen, active, or upcoming.

How to Create an Offer in FERMÁT

Follow the step-by-step guide to walk you through creating each type of offer using FERMÁT’s Offer Builder.

Amount Off Offer

Tip: Use this for discounts applied to the total value of a customer’s cart.

  1. Navigate to Offers → Create Offer → Amount Off Order

  2. Complete these fields:

    • Internal Offer Name – A name only your team will see

    • Display Text – Customer-facing message (e.g., "Get 20% off your entire order!")

    • Optional Discount Code – Add if needed

    • Select a Purchasing Type: One-time purchase, subscription purchase, or both

  3. Under Offer Value, choose:

    • Discount Type: Percentage or Fixed Amount

    • Enter the discount value (e.g., 20% or $10)

  4. Set Minimum Purchase Requirements (optional):

    • No minimum

    • Minimum dollar amount (e.g., $50)

    • Minimum quantity of items (e.g., 2)

Gift with Purchase

Tip: Use this for offering a free product once a specific threshold is met.

  1. Go to Offers → Create Offer → Gift with Purchase.

  2. Fill in Internal Name, Display Text, and optional Discount Code.

  3. The Customer Buys section defines the trigger conditions a shopper must meet in order to receive a free gift. You can configure this in two ways:

    • Option 1: Minimum Quantity of Items

      • Use this when you want to give a free item after a customer adds a certain number of items to their cart.

    • Option 2: Minimum Purchase Amount

      • Use this when you want to reward higher spend with a free gift.

  4. Add a Banner Message (e.g., “Spend $60, get a free tote!”).

  5. Click Save.

  1. For each Tier, define the threshold that triggers the discount. You can choose between:

    • Minimum quantity of items

    • Minimum purchase amount

  2. Choose how you’d like to reward your customer — either a percentage off or a fixed dollar amount.

  3. To add another tier, click “Add Tier” and repeat the configuration.

  4. Click Save.

Reminder: You can configure one or more tiers, each with its own trigger and reward.
