Creating an Amount Off Order Offer

Give customers a fixed or percentage-based discount across their entire order

Amount Off Order offers let you give shoppers a discount on their full cart—based on total value or quantity—without requiring a discount code. They're a great way to increase AOV and remove friction at checkout.

What customers will see

Once an Amount Off Order offer is active, customers will see the discount automatically reflected in their cart based on the rules you define—such as a flat $10 off, or 20% off their full order. No code is needed.

This setup creates a seamless, conversion-friendly experience for shoppers.


Setting up your Amount Off Order offer

  1. Go to the Offers tab from the left-hand menu

  2. Click + Add Offer

  3. Choose Amount Off Order from the list

  4. Fill out the following fields:


Offer details

  • Internal Offer Name – For internal use only

  • Display Text – What the customer sees when the offer is applied

  • Existing Discount Code (Optional) – Use only if configured in Shopify

  • Purchase Type – One-time or subscription


Offer value

  • Choose either Percentage or Fixed Amount

  • Enter the discount amount


Minimum purchase

  • Choose one:

    • No minimum requirements

    • Minimum purchase amount (e.g. $50+)

    • Minimum quantity of items (e.g. 3+ items)


Banner message (optional)

Add a custom message to display in the cart like:
"Nice! You unlocked 20% off your order."

  1. Click Save to create your offer


Applying the offer to a funnel

  1. Go to the Funnels tab

  2. Select the funnel where you want to apply the offer

  3. In the funnel editor, navigate to the Settings tab

  4. Scroll to the Offers section and click Manage Offers

  5. Find your Amount Off Order offer and toggle it on

  6. Click Save
