Session Recording allows you to watch video playbacks of real user sessions on your website. Unlike traditional analytics that provide aggregated data, session recordings offer a granular, individual view of the user experience.
What's in this guide:
Session Recordings
Session Recording captures complete user journeys on your website, every scroll, click, and interaction, and turns them into replayable videos. It helps you see exactly how users experience your funnels, going beyond static data points to uncover why they behave the way they do.
Each recording also includes session length and timestamp, allowing teams to correlate engagement duration and timing with conversion or drop-off behavior, adding a temporal layer to behavioral analytics.
