The star rating and count are designed to match those displayed on the Shopify Product Detail Page (PDP). However, we intentionally do not automatically import reviews or updates, allowing you to choose which reviews to showcase for each product. This flexibility lets you tailor reviews to specific personas & highlight particular use cases.
To Add/Update reviews to a product, You can go to the Funnels -> Products -> Select The Product -> Setting -> Reviews
Once you open the Reviews module, you will see these options:
Star Rating: You can enter the start rating of the product between 0 to 5 stars
Review Count: Number of reviews in the product
Reviews: Reviews being shown in the PDP
+ Add New: Option to add new reviews in the PDP
Adding New Reviews:
To Add new reviews, click on the "+ Add New" button
In this Module, you can add -
Title: Title of the Review given by reviewer. Eg - "Blown Away!!!"
Rating: Rating given by the reviewer out of 5 stars
Text: The body of the review written by the reviewer
Reviewer Name: Name of the reviewer goes in this field
Image URL (optional): You can attach any image uploaded by the reviewer by copying the image address and pasting it in this field.
Delete Review (Button): Incase you want to delete any review, you can open the review and click "Delete Review" button to delete the review.
Once you have added all the reviews, click Save Settings button to save all the changes made.
