FERMÀT Funnel Specific Dashboard

In this article, you will learn how to navigate the Shop Dashboard, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance

Updated this week

The Shop Dashboard provides detailed performance analytics for a specific FERMÀT-powered shop. From in-unit conversions to ad spend and ROAS, it helps you evaluate what’s driving results—and where there’s room to improve.

What’s in this guide:

Why the Shop Dashboard matters

This dashboard helps you assess how each shop is performing over a selected date range. It’s especially useful for:

  • Monitoring shop-specific KPIs like in-unit revenue and AOV

  • Identifying drop-offs across the purchase funnel

  • Evaluating individual product or bundle performance

  • Measuring ad efficiency at the creative level

You can also filter by funnel or date range to refine your view.

Where to find it

From your FERMÀT workspace, go to:

Funnels > Analytics – Funnel
Then select a shop and date range to view its dashboard.

Reviewing shop-level metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see Shop Metrics (In-unit) for the selected funnel and time range:

  • In-unit Revenue

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Conversion Rate

  • Subscription %

Each card includes percent change from the previous period, plus sparkline trends to help spot spikes or dips.

Below that, you’ll find the Purchase Funnel Metrics, a visualization that shows how users progress from impressions to completed checkouts. This includes:

  • Impressions

  • Product Clicks

  • Products Added

  • Checkout Started

  • Checkout Completed

This helps you pinpoint exactly where customers drop off in the funnel journey.

Exploring product purchase insights

Scroll down to view the Products Purchased section. This table shows every product or bundle purchased through the selected shop’s funnels, including:

  • Product Name

  • In-unit Purchases

  • In-unit Revenue

  • Subscription %

  • Apple Pay %

Use this section to:

  • Spot high-performing SKUs

  • Identify which products convert with subscriptions

  • See which products are often purchased via Apple Pay

Analyzing ad channel performance

The Ad Channel Metrics section shows paid performance for the shop based on connected ad channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok).

Key KPIs include:

  • Purchase Value

  • Ad Spend

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

  • CPA (Cost per Acquisition)

You’ll also find a Creative-Level Breakdown, which includes:

  • Ad Name

  • Campaign + Ad Set

  • Spend, Revenue, ROAS

  • Total Purchases

  • CPA

  • Shop Views

  • In-unit Revenue

This section allows you to compare how each ad creative is performing when paired with your funnel experience.

Note: To ensure accurate ad attribution, use UTM-tagged links or copy a Forever Link from within FERMÀT.
