Overall FERMÀT Dashboard

In this article, you’ll learn about the Overall FERMÀT Dashboard and how to make the most of the data.

Updated this week

The Overall Dashboard gives you a centralized, high-level view of how your funnels are performing across all active shops. From daily session spikes to GMV and CVR trends, it helps you quickly assess what’s working and where to dig deeper.

What’s in this guide:

Why the Overall Dashboard matters

The Overall Dashboard is your go-to view for understanding how your brand is performing across all funnels and shops in FERMÀT. It brings together essential KPIs, funnel visualizations, and shop-level insights into one place—giving you the clarity you need to make confident business decisions.

You’ll be able to:

  • Monitor top-line metrics across all shops

  • Visualize funnel conversion efficiency

  • Track changes in key KPIs over time

  • Compare shop performance and drill down if needed

Where to find it

From your FERMÀT workspace, navigate to:

Funnels > Analytics – Overall in the left-hand sidebar.

Reviewing key metrics at a glance

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a set of scorecards showing aggregated metrics from all active funnels. These include:

  • Sessions

  • Conversion Rate (CVR)

  • Revenue

  • Purchases

  • Revenue Per Order

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)

Each metric shows the absolute value, percent change over time, and a small trend line.

AOV vs. Revenue Per Order:
FERMÀT reports both GMV and Revenue (GMV minus discounts). AOV is calculated from GMV, while Revenue Per Order reflects true post-discount revenue.

Understanding funnel and trend visualizations

Aggregate Funnel

Just below the scorecards is the Aggregate Funnel—a visual breakdown of how users are progressing through your funnel stages (e.g. sessions → add to cart → purchases) across all shops.

This helps you quickly assess conversion health and identify bottlenecks across the customer journey.

Brand Insights Over Time

Scroll further to access line graphs that show how key metrics are trending over your selected date range. This includes:

  • CVR

  • AOV

  • Avg revenue per order

  • Revenue per session

You can change the time window using the Time Series Date Range filter at the top right of the section.

Exploring shop-level insights

Funnel Comparison and Funnel Performance tables shows you detailed data of all funnels live/not currently.

For each funnel, you’ll see:

  • Visits

  • CVR

  • AOV

  • PDP Views

  • Add to Carts

  • Checkout Initiated

  • Purchases

Clicking a shop title opens a preview of that shop’s funnel performance. You can also click Go to Shop Builder to edit the funnel directly.

Customizing your dashboard layout

You can personalize the layout of the Overall Dashboard to fit your workflow.

To customize:

  1. Click Metrics at the top of each section of report

  2. Add or remove specific charts

This lets you focus on the metrics that matter most to your team or campaign.
