The Shop Dashboard visualizes all the Key metrics of specific shops. You can access this by going to Analytics Drop Down -> Shop Dashboard.
How is the FERMÀT Shop Specific Dashboard useful?
Comprehensive Performance Monitoring
Track key KPIs like site visits, in-unit revenue, GMV, and CVR to evaluate shop performance.
In-Depth Product and Ad Insights
Analyze product/bundle sales and ad metrics such as ROAS and CPA to optimize inventory and marketing strategies.
Customization and Collaboration
Customize dashboard layout and easily export/share data to support team collaboration and informed decision-making.
This dashboard allows you to filter according to Date, Shop Selection, Ad Channel. You can select the shops whose data you want to see.
Shop Metrics
The first section provides key performance indicators (KPIs) for the selected shop during your chosen date range—such as site visits, in-unit revenue, in-unit GMV, and in-unit CVR, etc.
It also includes line graphs that compare these metrics to those from the previous period, highlighting trends and percentage changes to help you spot areas for improvement.
Additionally, the Shop Funnel Visualization pinpoints where customers drop off, guiding you to focus your optimization efforts more effectively.
Note: "In-Unit" is used to denote when a metric is specific to the conversions that happen directly within a FERMÀT Funnel
Products Purchased Insights
This section displays all purchased products and bundles, including their order IDs and key metrics like in-unit GMV, in-unit revenue, and subscriptions. Use these insights to evaluate product performance, identify top performers, and optimize underperforming SKUs.
Ad Channel Metrics
This section pulls data from your ad channels (e.g., Facebook or TikTok) to provide insights on ad spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for the selected shop. It also highlights ads where the FERMÀT landing page is configured, enabling you to allocate spend effectively and refine ad creatives for better performance.
As long as you have added the correct UTMs (done automatically if copying a Forever Link within FERMÀT) you will also be able to see how each ad you are pointing to this funnel is performing.
This allows you to discover commonalities between the ads that are doing well paired with this funnel experience and the ones that are struggling. Allocate spend to the ads that are working well. Remember an effective funnel is one that is specific to the ad that drove the customer there.

You can also export and share this dashboard by clicking the Share button at the top-right corner of the screen. You can send the results to a team member, publish a shareable link, or export to a CSV.
