The star rating and review count are designed to match what you display on Shopify, but FERMÀT does not auto-import reviews. This gives you full control over which reviews appear on each PDP, allowing you to tailor content for specific personas, funnels, and campaigns.

Adding Review Details
To manage reviews for any product:
Navigate to Products in the left-hand menu.
Select the product you want to update.
Go to Settings → Reviews.
Inside the Reviews module, you can customize:
Star Rating
Set a rating from 0–5 to display on the PDP.
Review Count
Choose how many total reviews the product shows.
Reviews List
View all reviews currently shown on the PDP.
+ Add New
Add a new review to the product.
When adding a new review, you'll be able to set:
Title
Rating
Text
Reviewer Name
Image URL (optional)
Click Save Changes to apply updates.
Editing Existing Reviews
To edit a review already on the PDP:
Click the review from the list.
Update any fields (title, text, rating, reviewer name, image).
Click Save Changes.
Your PDP preview will refresh to reflect the latest content.
Deleting Reviews
To delete a review:
Open the review.
Scroll to the bottom.
Click Delete Review.
The review will be removed immediately from the PDP.
