Customizing an Existing Funnel

You can fully personalize any FERMÀT funnel to match your brand’s voice, layout, product strategy, and performance goals.

Updated over a week ago

Whether you prefer to manually adjust layout blocks or ask the AI assistant (Pierre) to make changes, the FERMÀT funnel editor is designed for fast, intuitive customization. You can also manage the product catalog, add retention tools, and configure settings—all from the editor.

What’s in this guide:

Editing Funnel Layout & Content

Use the Layout tab on the right side of the screen to reorder modules, add new ones, or remove blocks.

To edit a funnel layout:

  1. Navigate to Funnels → Select a Funnel

  2. Click on any module (like Media, Text, Testimonial) to edit its content

  3. Drag and drop modules to reorder

  4. Click Add Module to insert a new content block

You can build with these core content modules:

  • Media

  • Text

  • Callout

  • Product Grid

  • Testimonial

  • Redirect Button

  • Learn about all the Modules here

Using Pierre to Modify Content

Pierre, your built-in AI assistant, helps you update content with natural language prompts.

To use Pierre:

  1. Click the Pierre button in the top right of the funnel editor

  2. Type what you want to change (e.g. "Update the headline to focus on sensitive skin")

  3. Select the blocks Pierre should modify

  4. Review and approve the suggested edits

Pierre is ideal for quick copy rewrites, message variations, or aligning funnel content with campaign goals.

Working with the Funnel Catalog

Some funnel types also support a “Shop All Products” section.

To customize this section:

  1. Click the dropdown from the top-right and select Catalog

  2. You’ll see two modules available:

    • Avatar Header

    • Product Grid

These are fixed options and allow limited visual edits, such as titles and product sorting. You can’t add other content modules to the Catalog view.

Updating Funnel Settings

Open the Settings tab to configure funnel-level functionality.

Here’s what you can manage:

  • Email & SMS Popups – connect retention platforms

  • Shop Visibility – add age gate or access restrictions

  • Subscriptions – display subscription messaging if integrated

  • Discount Display – show pricing and discount details from your PDP

  • Octane Quiz – connect interactive product quizzes

Saving as a Template

Once you're happy with your funnel design, you can save it as a template for future use.

To save:

  1. Click the Save as Template button in the top-right

  2. Name your template

  3. Access it later via the Templates Library → My Templates

Templates are useful when building multiple variations for campaigns.
