FERMÁT automatically syncs your Shopify product catalog once every hour. But if you need your latest product changes to show up right away (like after adding a new product or updating details), you can force trigger a manual product sync in just a few clicks.

What is Product Catalog Sync
The Product Catalog Sync is a new feature added to our platform that allows users to manually trigger a synchronization of product data from your ecommerce platform.
When to Use This Feature
Use the Product Sync Button if:
You just launched a new product and want it to appear in FERMÁT immediately.
You made updates to a product’s images, pricing, or description that need to go live now.
You’re running a time-sensitive promotion and want the changes reflected fast.
How to Set Up the Product Sync Button
To manually update your Product catalog in FERMÁT:
Click Settings (bottom left of your dashboard)
2. Select Manage Integrations and then Ecommerce Platform
3. Click Refresh.
Reminder: This feature is available only for brands with fewer than 2,000 products, to ensure smooth performance and avoid database strain.
