Updated over a week ago

Ready to start collecting emails and SMS contacts through your FERMÀT funnels? Great choice! Klaviyo forms are a powerful way to grow your customer database while keeping those conversion rates high. Let's walk through the setup process together.

Before You Begin

First things first! You'll need two things to get started:

  1. A form created in Klaviyo (Don't have one yet? No worries! Check out how to create Klaviyo forms to create your form)

Finding Your Klaviyo Form ID

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account

  2. Navigate to Sign-up Forms in your Klaviyo dashboard

  3. Select your form and Copy the Form ID. Your form ID is the six-letter code at the end of the URL in your browser

Connecting Your Klaviyo Form

  1. Go to your desired funnel in FERMÀT

  2. Navigate to Settings in your funnel

  3. Open Email & SMS Popup

  4. Select Klaviyo as your integration

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection

Best Practices for Form Implementation

  1. Mobile-First Testing

    • Over 90% of FERMÀT funnel sessions occur on mobile devices

    • Test your form's appearance and behavior specifically on mobile

    • Ensure forms are properly sized for mobile screens

  2. Strategic Form Timing

    • Add a 50% scroll delay before showing the form

    • Avoid displaying forms immediately on landing

    • Test form behavior after initial dismissal

  3. Placement Optimization

    • Verify forms don't cover critical elements like "Add to Bag" buttons

    • Test form placement across different screen sizes

    • Ensure forms don't obstruct important funnel information

Troubleshooting

  • Use a Forever Link to verify if your popup is firing correctly

  • Note that popups may not display on preview links

  • Test form behavior in both desktop and mobile environments
