FERMÀT supports native integrations with leading retention platforms for email and SMS collection. Captured leads are passed directly to the platform you choose—no custom code or manual exports needed.

FERMÀT currently supports the following retention platforms:
If no platform is selected, lead capture will remain disabled.
How to Enable Email/SMS Capture
To connect a platform:
Navigate to Funnels → [Choose a Funnel] → Settings → Email & SMS Popups
Click Email & SMS Capture
Use the dropdown to select your Retention Platform
Enter the required details
Click Save
Click Done to exit the configuration
Once configured, leads from the popup will be automatically synced to your selected platform.
Viewing & Managing Leads
Lead management is handled directly within your retention platform. Use their dashboard to:
View captured leads
Set up automations or welcome flows
Monitor campaign performance
FERMÀT does not currently store or display leads directly.
