The best funnel strategies are specific. They attempt to attach a funnel to a specific persona, user, offer, or ad. But, without a doubt some of your funnels are related to one another in some way. Tags lets you group those like funnels together.
Example groups:
Same template type (5 Reasons Why)
Same offer type (Bundle)
Same Persona (Busy Moms)
Targeting the same outcome (Boost Subscription Take Rate
Anything
Here's how you can keep all of your funnels organized.
From the Funnels Tab you will see your library of funnels sorted into Live and Not Live by default. For a Funnel to be considered live it has to have received traffic in the last 24 hours. Any funnels that are not currently receiving any sessions will be in the "Not Live" view.
Note: A funnel is considered "Live" if it has received sessions in the last 24 hours. If you just started pointing traffic to a funnel give it an hour to switch to live.
Filtering by a Tag
Once a tag has been created, you can continue to use that tag to form a group of funnels. Those groups will be displayed across the top of the funnels view.
You can sort both "Live" and "Not Live" by selecting a tag to see the group. You can also click on another associated tag to drill down further and see funnels that are grouped by both tags.
Creating a New Tag
A new tag that you can group with can be created in two ways.
By selecting "create group" from the "create" button in the top right corner
By pressing the "+" on a specific funnel
Once a tag is created it will become a selectable option on future funnels.
Tagging a Funnel
Once you have created a tag you will be able to tag future funnels with it. Simply hover over a funnel and press the "+" at the bottom to add a tag to it.
This will bring up the list of existing tags. You can add as many tags as you like to each funnel.
Note: While there's no limit on the amount of tags you can add to a single funnel, we recommend no more than 5. When a funnel is a part of too many groups you lose the effectiveness of comparing like to like.
Removing a Tag From a Funnel
You can remove tags from a funnel just as easily as you can add them. Select the same "+" when hovering over a funnel and when the tag modal opens click the "x" beside any currently highlighted tags.
