To enable accurate attribution and maximize ad performance, Meta Pixels are automatically embedded into every FERMÀT shop. This allows Meta to track key actions, such as page views, add-to-carts, and purchases, so your campaigns are powered by real customer behavior and deliver stronger results.

Getting Started with Meta Ads Sync
Navigate to the Meta Ads integration through FERMÀT's Settings panel.
Settings → Manage Integrations → Ad Platforms → Ad Channels
In the Ad Channels section, you'll find the Meta/Facebook integration with a prominent Sync Meta Ads performance data with FERMÀT button.
What you'll see:
Grant Fermat permission to read performance data from your Meta Ads account
Select the ad account to connect
Data will be imported from your Meta Ads account to FERMÀT
The status indicator clearly shows whether you're currently connected or need to establish a new connection.
Step-by-Step Setup Process
Step 1: Grant Access
Click Open Ads Manager in FERMÀT to navigate to the Ad Accounts tab in your Meta Business Manager.
Locate your primary Ad Account and click Assign Partners
Admin Approval Process
In some cases, this connection might require additional admin approval from your Business Manager administrator.
If admin approval is needed:
Ask your other business admin to approve the FERMÀT partner request
Once approved, the integration will be able to access your ad performance data
Step 2: Connect Your Meta Ad Account Safely
This secure connection helps you track everything in one place without compromising your privacy. FERMÀT does not access any personal information or customer PII.
How to Sync Meta Ad Accounts with Fermat:
Important: Log out of any personal Meta accounts in the same browser to avoid permission issues.
Log in to your Meta Ads account with the Required permissions
Make sure you’re using the account that has access to the ad accounts you want to sync
Once you've logged into Meta, you'll see an App called SkyBright.
You'll be asked to connect to SkyBright, FERMÀT's official Meta app
Click Connect
Select Opt in to current Businesses only option
You’ll be redirected to FERMÁT to select the ad accounts you'd like to sync performance data with.
Select the ad accounts and click on Sync Data
Step 3: Check Sync Status
After selecting the ad account, the status will show Setup Complete, then Sync in Progress.
When finished, it will update to Sync Complete.
If it shows Sync Failed, repeat the steps above to try again.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Permission-Related Problems
Insufficient Ad Account Access
Verify you have "Admin" or "Advertiser" level access to selected ad accounts
Check with your Business Manager administrator about permission levels
Ensure ad accounts haven't been transferred to a different Business Manager
Business Manager Access Issues
Confirm you're logged into the correct Business Manager account
Verify the ad accounts are owned by your current Business Manager
Check that your Business Manager account is in good standing with Meta
Connection Problems
Login Difficulties
Use business account credentials, not personal Facebook login
Clear browser cache and cookies for Meta/Facebook domains
Log out of all Meta/Facebook accounts and retry with business credentials
SkyBrite Connection Failures
Try "Reconnect" option if you've previously attempted setup
Disable pop-up blockers that may interfere with the connection
Ensure third-party cookies are enabled for the authentication flow

Allow up to 24 hours for complete historical data import

FERMÀT does not access customer names, emails, personal demographic data, or individual user behavior. Data is shared securely via Meta’s official SkyBright API, with all transfers encrypted and stored within FERMÀT’s secure infrastructure using strict access controls.
