FERMÀT MCP: Connect Your Commerce Data to AI Tools

Connect your FERMÀT account to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI tool to get instant answers about your store's performance without logging into a dashboard.

Updated this week

FERMÀT MCP lets you connect your FERMÀT account to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible client — so you can ask questions about your store's performance, ad data, funnels, and more without ever logging into a dashboard.

What's in this guide:

Overview

FERMÀT MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a server that bridges your FERMÀT commerce data with the AI tools you already use. Instead of exporting CSVs or switching between dashboards, you can simply ask your AI assistant a question — and get real-time answers pulled directly from your FERMÀT account.

MCP works with Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, Claude Code, ChatGPT (Plus+), and any MCP-compatible tool.

Pro tip: Start a new conversation and try — "What was my ROAS across Meta last week?"

What You Get

Once connected, you can access the following directly from your AI assistant:

  • Ad performance across Meta, TikTok & Google — ROAS, CPA, spend, clicks

  • Funnel metrics — sessions, conversions, revenue, CVR, AOV

  • Product catalog & variant-level performance

  • Destination insights — per-channel ROAS, revenue, attribution

  • A/B experiment results with statistical significance

  • Session behavioral insights & heatmaps — rage clicks, dead clicks, scroll depth

  • Anomaly detection with root-cause analysis

  • Friction point analysis — automated UX issue detection

  • Pierre — FERMÀT's built-in AI analyst. Try: "What's my biggest growth opportunity?" or "Give me a weekly performance summary"

How to Get Started

Setup takes less than 2 minutes:

Step 1: Go to the MCP Server Page

You'll see the FERMÀT Platform MCP Server page with installation options for multiple AI clients.

Step 2: Click "Add to Client"

Click the "Add to Client" button at the top-right of the page. You'll see a dropdown with the following supported clients:

  • Cursor

  • Claude Code

  • Claude Desktop

  • VS Code

  • Gemini CLI

  • Codex CLI

Select the AI tool you want to connect.

Step 3: Follow the Setup Instructions

After selecting your client, a popup will show step-by-step instructions specific to that tool. For example, for Claude Desktop:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connectors

  2. Click "Add custom connector"

  3. Click "Add" to finish configuring

Step 4: Authenticate

When prompted, sign in with your existing FERMÀT platform credentials. Authentication uses Auth0 PKCE OAuth — secure, scoped per-brand, and HTTPS-encrypted.

Step 5: Start Asking Questions

That's it — you're connected. Open a new conversation in your AI tool and start querying your FERMÀT data.

Note: If you prefer manual configuration, the MCP server page also provides the raw JSON configuration and server URL endpoint at the bottom of the page. Copy and paste into your client's MCP settings.

For Teams & Enterprise: Admins can add this as a managed connector for their organization from the Admin Dashboard > Connectors page. Once added, team members can connect from Settings > Connectors.
