Configuring Product Upsell
1. Choose How to Map Upsells
Select how upsell products should be mapped (e.g., by variant, size, or other options).
2. Assign Upsell Products
Click the edit icon for each product variant and assign relevant upsell products.
These products will be suggested when the main product is added to the cart.
3. Manage Upsell Drawer Visibility
Use the Enable Product Upsell Drawer toggle to control whether shoppers see upsell suggestions in a drawer or go straight to the cart summary page.
4. Use Automatic Configuration (Optional)
Click Automatically Configure to let FERMÀT suggest upsell products based on AI-driven purchasing behavior.
5. Save Your Settings
Click Save Settings to apply changes.
Product Upsell Settings
Navigate to Upsell Settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Shop Defaults → Upsells
Customize Upsell Messages
In the Cart: Set a message that appears inside the cart when suggesting additional products.
Default: "We think you would love these too."
Add to Cart Drawer: Customize the upsell prompt when a user adds a product to their cart.
Example: "Complete the look and receive free shipping."
Save Your Changes
Click the Save button to apply your upsell settings across all shops.
