  2. Browse through folders or scroll to view all uploaded content

  3. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific assets by name

Creating Folders

Organize your media by creating folders based on brand, campaign, or content type.

To create a new folder:

  1. Click Create a new folder

  2. Name the folder (e.g. “Holiday 2025” or “NARS PDP Assets”)

  3. Click Save

You can then drag or upload files directly into these folders.

Uploading Assets

Upload videos, images, and other creative content directly to your media library.

To upload:

  1. Click Upload or drop

  2. Select files from your device or drag them in

  3. Files will automatically appear in your “All other media” section or your selected folder

Supported file types include .jpg, .png, .mp4, and more.

Filtering Media

Use filters to quickly find what you need:

  • Media Type: Images, Videos, GIFs

  • Source: Uploaded manually, pulled from integrations, etc.

  • Sort by: Newest to Oldest, Alphabetical, etc.

You can also switch between grid and list views depending on your preference.

Best Practices for Organization

  • Name folders clearly (e.g. “UGC - March 2025” or “Product Shots - Summer”)

  • Keep content grouped by brand or campaign

  • Regularly archive unused media to reduce clutter

  • Use tags or consistent naming conventions when uploading files
